Northeast Regional Resource Center (NERRC) http://www.wested.org/nerrc/ The Northeast Regional Resource Center (NERRC) is one of the projects of Learning Innovations/WestEd. The Northeast RRC is one of six Regional Resource Centers in the US. The Regional Resource and the Federal Center (RRFC) Network is one of the technical assistance projects funded through the US Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP).
